Imagine being immersed in soothing sounds that heal your body, mind, and soul. A sound bath session offers a deeply relaxing experience as you rest in a safe space. Through vibrations from crystal bowls, a spirit drum, and other instruments, this practice helps synchronize and balance your body and energetic system, promoting peace, heightened awareness, and emotional healing.
During the evening, guided by Karen, you’ll journey inward through sound, allowing healing to unfold wherever it's needed. Benefits include improved sleep, reduced stress, and enhanced creativity. Please bring a yoga mat, cushions, and water for a comfortable session.
