RMT (grad Sutherland-Chan 1996), Osteopathic Manual Practitioner  OMP- MOMSc. (grad CAO 2016), OMP (CAAO grad certificate/diploma in Animal Osteopathy 2019),  Sport First Responder,  Kinesio Tape Practitioner, CranioSacral Therapist, Reflexologists, Matrix Repatterning, Shiatsu, Energy Medicine, Quatum Touch, Therapeutic Touch,  etc…... with over 30 years experience and many more modalities/training.

As a Sport Team Therapist, Pen has been named to multiple Team Canada, Team Ontario and World Championships, National and Provincial Championships in a variety of sports and large events  as a member of the medical core team, for example, Pan Am Games, National Hockey Championships, etc.

Penn has been successful and blessed to be able to work with horses and dogs as an OMP.  Working with equestrian & equine teams has been rewarding. Penny-Lynn, with decades of massage therapy experience, has chosen to limit patients.  Please contact the office when referred or seeking sports related help.  Pen continues to volunteer following her passion to help those in need, whether using her skills from many years at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection as the first and lone woman in Technical Services or the Arts  like dance or as a former elite level athlete, her renaissance pioneering nature leads her forward.   She is someone who cares being renowned for her unshakeable integrity and honesty.   She is a mullti-talented accomplished artist with the latter years painting portraits, particularly focusing on dogs and cats and fabric creativity, having won awards for her costume designs.   Pen has even painted 1000s of rocks over 2 years to fundraise for cat and dog rescues.
