WHAT DO I DO?

I help you bring your best Self forward.
When we are feeling unwell, lost, sick, stuck, anxious, nervous or depressed, it’s an opportunity to investigate and learn more about yourself and what makes you tick to begin to change your self.
The modern world can leave us with a sense of loss and incompetence, feeling like a ship lost on sea without anchor. We can feel like we’ve lost control with our runaway thoughts, lack of energy and motivation.
I am a holistically integrated psychology practitioner guiding you in understanding your whole self and what it means to be a human being with the knowledge that you are a body, soul and spirit and how those work together to help you feel better.
I work to help you bring your best self forward for your overall health and wellbeing, which means looking at all those parts that need to be integrated to make you feel whole again. I work from several modern and spiritually integrated perspectives that work with every background and tradition to get you shifting out of the states you are in.

HOW DOES EACH SESSION LOOK?

Each session will be a journey of exploration coming to know you and your story. What’s troubling you and finding new ways to discover, cope and heal. Each session will be just as unique as you are. Through the warmth of a heartful conversation we investigate and hone observation skills. To support the body we will use movement, and art because the body is connected to the mind. Through these we will find insight and inspiration to lessen the hold your problems have on you offering ways to cope and become more resilient.

You might have difficult memories, feelings, relationships, and circumstances, and with these I offer help with my knowledge, experience and training to be with you side by side to guide you with some light through the dark tunnel you might find yourself in.

WHAT DO I RECOMMEND YOU BRING TO EACH APPOINTMENT?

A journal is most welcome, but not necessary, to record your thoughts and how matters are shifting for you. Primarily to find ways to express yourself.
Just beginning to feel the sense to reach out for help is a tremendous insight, and with you may bring Courage and an attitude for openness to adventure! Looking forward to meeting with warmth and friendship!

WHAT DO I BRING TO YOU?

My history of recovery from complex post traumatic stress disorder, panic attacks, depression and anxiety. I have a very intense life story that made me discover more of my talents and capacity, and just like you I needed someone as a guide to help me through that understood that I’m more than just parts and more than just body and mind.
I graduated as an Anthroposophic Psychology Practitioner with a sub-specialty in art and art therapy.
I am aware of movement exercises, somatic and nutritional healing that are rejuvenating, and help you integrate with the body which can feel disconnected.
I study psychology from other spiritual traditions, and currently studying Jungian psychology as well.
I assist people regardless of their spiritual background aiming to be inclusive and attentive. It does help me help you if you have some sense of the divine in your life.

WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO I OFFER?

  • I am an Artist and teach Art.

  • I am an anthroposophically inspired art therapist, using art in therapy sessions, but also offer art therapy exclusively.

  • I offer spatial dynamic, breathwork and meditation sessions booked separately upon request.

  • I offer sound therapy during the sessions also offered upon request.

  • I offer Veil Painting and Art workshops TBA.

DAYS I WORK:

I am available Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with some flexible timings.
